We want to make sure anyone from Dumfries & Galloway aged between 16–30-years can meet their goals and overcome the barriers in their way, no matter what their background or situation.
We tailor support through a personalised plan including a 1:1 session with a mentor or member of our team, helping reduce or remove barriers preventing people from reaching their goals. We provide practical support such as building C.V.’s, interview techniques or job searching, provide Work Ready Support – from 12-week volunteer work placements through to help finding work or even advice on starting a business. Our mentors are on hand to support any young person we work with.
